Upcoming Trips<\/a> Read this cancellation and refund policy carefully and be sure you’ve understood it before booking a trip.\u00a0This cancellation and refund policy also applies to any trips purchased under the \u2018Gift a Holiday\u2019<\/a> option.<\/p>\n This section explains the cancellation fees levied for cancellation after booking a trip, and the refund methods we use to execute refunds.<\/p>\n You can cancel your seat on a Tour by communicating your decision to cancel in writing by email or via a written letter submitted at our office, and the date of receipt of such written communication is considered for cancellation.<\/p>\n Your seat on a tour is non-transferable to any other person.<\/p>\n The cancellation charges for our tours would be levied as under:<\/p>\n 75 days prior to departure date of the TWG Tour –\u00a010%<\/strong>\u00a0of the cost of the TWG tour<\/em><\/p>\n 74 days to 61 days prior to departure date of the TWG tour- 25%<\/strong> of the cost of the TWG tour<\/em><\/p>\n 60 days to 31 days prior to departure date of the TWG tour\u2013 50%<\/strong> of the cost of the TWG tour<\/em><\/p>\n 30 days & less prior to departure date of the TWG tour- 100%<\/strong> of the cost of the TWG tour<\/em><\/p>\n For any air tickets booked by us for the trip, that will also have to be cancelled, the charges on actuals, as per the airline cancellation policy will apply.<\/p>\n Please note- Irrespective of the above mentioned cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour after the booking is made with us, a minimum 10% charge would be applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n REFUND METHOD:<\/strong> Any refund due to you would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above, and the money would accordingly be refunded to the person who made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process would take atleast 30 days to process. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. Under no circumstances will cash refund be issued. You can also opt to receive a credit note instead, which can be used as a credit against other tours.<\/p>\n INSURANCE:<\/strong> For higher end trip packages, we advise you to purchase an insurance policy which will reimburse your trip costs up to a certain value, if there is any cancellation due to emergencies like hospitalization or death of a family member or yourself. Please ask us<\/a> if you need more information on this.<\/p>\n Custom trip Planning<\/span><\/i>: A lot of time and effort is invested by us for planning a custom trip. Hence, payment made towards planning a custom trip is non-refundable.<\/p>\n Custom tour packages<\/span><\/i>: Custom tours cancelled within 30 days of the trip would result in no refund. Partial refunds maybe made for custom tours cancelled 30 days prior to trip date. You can cancel your custom tour booking by communicating your decision to cancel in writing by email or via a written letter submitted at our office, and the date of receipt of such written communication is considered for cancellation.\u00a0However, the refund amount for a custom tour would be based on the refund policies of various third parties and suppliers we work with for booking your custom tour.
